We first got involved in 103 Colmore Row for our client BAM Construction in 2017. We undertook a first principles assessment of the tender information and prepared a detailed programme and logisitics strategy. This enabled BAM to come to a firm price. There was then a hiatus on the project whilst the client refined the design and we once again looked at the project in 2018. The project commenced in April 2019 with the basement construction and slipform preparations. We overseen the shell and core works and handed over to a BAM planner for the fit out works. We are still involved using our knowledge of the project for the settlement of claims arising from the COVID-19 outbreak.
