Studley Castle Hotel

“LARGEST PROJECT UNDERTAKEN BY WARNER LEISURE”

We were engaged by BAM Construction to undertake planning services on Studley Castle Hotel for Warner Leisure Group. We started on the project in 2016 and seen it all the way through to completion in early 2019.

We undertook a detailed analysis of the design and created a programme that was accepted by the client. We also compiled a detailed logistic and scaffold plan for the project which was very complex due to the Grade 2 listed buildings on the site.

Near the end we took a more involved role with the management of the client to ensure the phased opening of the hotel on a building by building basis.
