We were engaged in 2017 by BAM Construction to provide planning services for a new headquarters for IM Group on Fore Business Park, adjacent to BAM’s regional office.

The initial project was for a shell and core only, but we managed to negotiate the CAT A & B fit out whilst we were constructing the building

Our involvement was for the planning of the shell and core as well as concurrently planning the tender for the fit out.

The project completed on programme in 2019
